This Theme License governs the use of all products distributed by Yavi Themes, including Yavi Core, premium themes, theme extensions, demo content, and related digital assets.

By downloading, installing, or using any Yavi Themes product, you agree to this Theme License.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Yavi Themes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product in accordance with the license type you have acquired.

Ownership of the software is not transferred.

2. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise specified by your license, you may:

  • Install the theme on the number of websites permitted by your license.
  • Modify the source code to meet your project requirements.
  • Customize layouts, styles, templates, and configuration.
  • Use the theme for personal, commercial, or client projects.
  • Receive updates and support according to your purchased license.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Redistribute the theme or any part of it.
  • Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the theme.
  • Share download packages with third parties.
  • Publish the source code for public download.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices where required.
  • Circumvent licensing or security mechanisms.
  • Claim the product as your own work.

4. Agency and Client Projects

Agencies and freelancers may use Yavi Themes to develop websites for clients, provided the use complies with the purchased license.

Unless an Unlimited License has been purchased, each production website requires its own valid license.

Clients do not automatically receive ownership of the theme or its source code.

5. Source Code Modifications

You are free to modify the source code for your own projects.

Modified versions remain subject to this Theme License and may not be redistributed or sold.

6. Updates

Product updates may include:

  • Security fixes
  • Bug fixes
  • Performance improvements
  • TYPO3 compatibility updates
  • New features
  • Documentation improvements

Access to updates depends on the purchased license or subscription.

7. Support

Support is provided for issues directly related to Yavi Themes products.

Support generally includes:

  • Bug reports
  • Compatibility questions
  • Product-related issues

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Website design
  • Third-party extension support
  • TYPO3 upgrades unrelated to Yavi Themes
  • Server administration
  • Training or consulting services

8. Third-Party Components

Some products may include or integrate third-party software released under separate licenses.

Those components remain subject to their respective license agreements.

Yavi Themes does not claim ownership of third-party software.

9. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, source code, documentation, graphics, icons, templates, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Your Company Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a license grants usage rights only.

No ownership is transferred.

10. License Violations

Violation of this Theme License may result in:

  • Suspension of support
  • Suspension of update access
  • License termination
  • Legal action where applicable

11. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

While we strive to maintain high quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every TYPO3 installation, extension, hosting environment, or custom implementation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Company Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the respective product.

13. License Changes

Yavi Themes reserves the right to update this Theme License at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website.

14. Governing Law

This Theme License shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
